Description

Tender chicken breasts topped with a buttery lemon caper sauce and seared until golden. Can add a side salad and a loaf of crusty bread.

  1. In a shallow bowl, mix flour, salt and pepper.
  2. Pound chicken breasts with a meat mallet to 1/2-in. of thickness.
  3. Dip chicken in flour mixture to coat both sides; shake off excess.
  4. In a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat.
  5. Brown chicken on both sides.
  6. Add wine; bring to a boil.
  7. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, until chicken is no longer pink, 12-15 minutes.
  8. Drizzle with lemon juice. If desired, sprinkle with parsley.
